Founder and Principal
Marrel Foushee serves as President of Foushee’s Business Management
Services, Inc., Foushee’s Tax and Financial Management Services, Inc.,
Secretary/Treasurer of Legend Consulting Inc. and Lerram Non-Profit, Inc and as
Treasurer to BCG Holdings, Inc and Marion Barry Kim Dickens Non-Profit Kidney
Foundation, Inc. He founded and has served as President of Foushee’s Tax and
Financial Management Services, Inc. since 1978. Served as a business management consultant/advisor to Southeast trans non-emergency service since 2002. Also serves as Secretary/Treasurer to Right Hook Inc.
Cassandra White

Cassandra White has been in the transportation business since 1996 in Non-Emergency Transportation. Our clients included the Dept. of Mental Disabilities Challenges, DC Medicaid, DC Dept. of Athletics for DC Public Schools, Metropolitan Police Dept., President George W. Bush Security Detail, DC Armory Sergeant Major Preston Coordinator at risk youth camp
